Hey, it’s Michael

I am the founder of SQ Collective, a community of AI founders and builders.

I started SQCo because I believed having someone next to me who’s equally passionate could unlock new ideas, perspectives, or even worldviews.

I wanted everyone to come in scattered, even lost, but be able to leave focused and energized.

Not only because of some talk or the workshop or demos,

but because of who was in the room with you.

This was what happened to me over and over whenever I was seated next to you.

I saw a product person helping a founder understand their target audience.

A designer showing an engineer what their users would feel.

A technical builder fixing an API for a non-technical builder.

We all came in alone with our own ideas.

Yet here, we ended up feeling like we were a part of a team.

That’s what happens when we’re in the room. Together.

That’s one thing no online community, no weekend hackathon, or a WhatsApp group can ever replace.
